Timber: clearcut in 1992-1993, re-planted in January, 1994 (now about 30 feet tall)
Soil Productivity: According to NRCS’s recent re-mapping of this portion of Wilkinson Co., the major part of this tract is made up of Memphis, Providence, and Smithdale soils. SI-50 for loblolly pine, sweetgum, cherrybark oak, tulip poplar, and other hardwoods varies from 85 to 110.
Hunting Lease: none
Boundaries marked: well-kept-up fences most of distance (see tract map) and pink plastic flagging all the way
Access Problem: Access road crosses a small permanent stream. It did not impede the forestry operations mentioned above, but may require bridge or culvert for access at all times.
